LAHORE: The Walton Cantonment Board (WCB) has finalised comprehensive cleanliness and sanitation arrangements for Eid-ul-Azha, including the distribution of 116,000 biodegradable plastic bags for the disposal of animal waste across cantonment areas in Lahore.
According to a WCB spokesperson on Sunday, the arrangements have been completed under the leadership of President Cantonment Board Brig Muzammil and CEO Military Land and Cantonment and Walton Cantonment Board Usman Arif. All Public Health Officials (PHOs), supervisors and contractors will remain on duty during the three days of Eid-ul-Azha.
