LAHORE: The Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) in Punjab province has foiled a major terror plot by arresting 13 terrorists belonging to various banned organizations during operations in different areas of Punjab.
They included dangerous terrorist Mukhtar of Fitna-ul-Khawarij arrested from Lahore with a large quantity of explosives.
