SBP-held foreign exchange reserves rise $23mn to $15.85bn

The foreign exchange reserves held by the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) increased by $23 million to $15.85 billion during the week ended on April 30, 2026, the central bank said on Thursday.

The total liquid foreign reserves held by the country stood at $21.29 billion, including $5.44 billion held by commercial banks.

“During the week ended on 30-Apr-2026, SBP’s FX reserves increased by US$ 23 million to US$ 15,850.7 million,” it said.
