Malik Riaz, others: Lifetime non-bailable arrest warrants issued

KARACHI: The Accountability Court No III, Sindh Karachi on Thursday issued perpetual/lifetime non-bailable warrants of arrest of accused Malik Riaz and others in reference No. 01/2025 (State Vs Malik Riaz Hussain & Other).

All accused has already been declared proclaimed offenders by the Court vide order dated 23rd April 2026.

Along with the main accused Malik Riaz, accountability court also issued the perpetual/life time non-bailable warrants of arrest of the following others accused Muhammad Awais s/o Abdul Rahim, Zain Malik s/o Arshad Malik, Shahid Mehmood Qureshi s/o Muhammad Sarwar, Waseem Riffat s/o Malik Riffat, Ahmed Bux Narejo s/o Muhammad Ibrahim, Ahmed Ali Riaz s/o Malik Riaz, Faisal Sarwar Qureshi s/o Muhammad Sarwar, Saqib Ahmed Soomro s/o Akhtar Muhammad Soomro and

Waqas Riffat s/o Malik Riffiat.
