SBP-held foreign exchange reserves rise $18mn to $15.10bn

The foreign exchange reserves held by the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) increased by $18 million to $15.10 billion during the week ended on April 17, 2026, the central bank said on Thursday.

The total liquid foreign reserves held by the country stood at $20.63 billion, including $5.53 billion held by commercial banks.

“During the week ended on 17-Apr-2026, SBP’s FX reserves increased by US$ 18 million to US$ 15,097.6 million,” it said.
