A planned maintenance activity will be carried out on one of the submarine cables, aimed at repairing a fault identified by an international cable consortium, according to the PTCL.

The activity is set to begin on April 14 and is expected to last until April 20.

During this maintenance window, customers may experience intermittent degradation in internet services, particularly during evening hours.

The service provider has notified users in advance and urged them to be prepared for potential disruptions.

“We regret any inconvenience caused during this period and assure customers that the necessary repairs are vital to maintaining the long-term stability of the network,” the company stated.

The maintenance activity is part of ongoing efforts to ensure reliable internet services for users, with a focus on minimizing disruptions to customer experience.
