PESHAWAR: PTI MNA Sher Afzal Marwat has said that it is unlikely that the current leadership of the party will start a movement for the release of Imran Khan, adding only his sisters have access to Imran Khan.

Talking to media at Gomal Medical College in D I Khan, he said that Imran Khan could not come out of jail because of his sisters.

In response to a question, Marwat said that Khan cannot come out without uniting the party. He said that the party leadership neither works itself nor allows others to do so. He said that Khan cannot come out from jail with the protest of two and a half hundred people.

In response to a question, Marwat said that to bring back Ali Amin Gandapur, the party will have to extend him a formal request.

Where was the party at the time of Ali Amin and where does it stand today? The party had made allegations to remove Ali Amin Gandapur and Imran Khan did not even listen to Ali Amin, he said.

Marwat alleged that in place of Ali Amin, a person who cannot run a primary school has been made the provincial chief minister. The current chief minister could not even form his cabinet in six months, he said.
