ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari on Wednesday lauded the government’s approach in navigating complex national and international challenges, praising Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif’s strategic handling of policy decisions.
The commendation came during a meeting between Bilawal and the prime minister, attended by a delegation from the PPP, and senior leaders from the ruling PML-N amid heightened tensions in the Middle East and Pakistan’s efforts to play a mediatory role through diplomatic channels.

During the meeting, Sharif briefed Bilawal, who is also a former foreign minister, on Pakistan’s steps to promote global peace, while the two leaders also reviewed federal government policies aimed at mitigating potential domestic challenges.
The discussions further included an assessment of ongoing development projects in the southern province of Sindh.
The meeting was attended by Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar, Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah, Senator Saleem Mandviwala, Finance Minister Mohammad Aurangzeb, Law Minister Azam Nazir Tarar, Economic Affairs Minister Ahad Cheema, and the Adviser to the Prime Minister on Political Affairs, Rana Sanaullah Khan.
