Recently, two slaughtermen got together in Tel Aviv to express solidarity with each other, in their nefariously devilish pursuit of taking out innocent human lives. They eat on men’s flesh. They relish in oppressing the already denied, the under privileged, the de-possessed and the de-humanised innocent men, women and children. They both have the singular and unique distinction of being mass murderers — carvers and skinners of the worst kind and of the most lowly. Both trade in the free flow of innocent human blood.
Narendra Modi in the third week of February was given a red carpet welcome in Tel Aviv. In his address to the sham Israeli Parliament, Modi stated that he stands with its neighbours in Afghanistan. He referred to our Muslim brother Mullah Hibatullah Akhunzada as his dear friend.
He went on to say: it is a shame that innocent civilians were killed by terrorists. He conveniently ignored the mass murder his government engages in Kashmir and the poor North Eastern States of India.
Further, he remarked: the over US$ 8.6 billion military agreement between India and Israel would be used to offer a special package to Afghanistan’s re- development. Their suffering must end, he appealed. (The crocodile). India and Israel will ensure that Afghanistan gets the security it needs to keep itself safe from terrorist hubs in the neighbourhood. (Artful dodger).
In response at the Knesset, Benjamin Netanyahu had the audacity to say, ‘Afghanistan is suffering ‘. He maintained that Afghanistan is a strategic partner of India and hence of Israel too.
He claimed that he would announce a special economic package for Afghanistan, for it to face terrorism from its neighbours. The devil was preaching peace. With hands soaked in the blood of Gazans, he speaks of terrorism. A crude joke, indeed.
The Butcher of Gujarat and Kashmir, who was denied entry into the USA for several years, is now a friend of both, Tel Aviv and Washington. With the superpower from across the Atlantic, India maintains a blow hot, blow cold, relationship. Since 1962, India was seen as a bulwark against the growing role of People’s Republic of China.
The three Capitals are hand in glove against the Muslim countries. Sadly, the Muslim countries fail to see this nexus.
Modi, while visiting the Yad Museum (Israel’s official Holocaust Memorial), must have had his mind on fire, imagining the development of a similar site in his native state of Gujarat —- the home to Holocaust of the terror unleashed upon innocent Muslims by him, stooges of RSS and his government in 2001. (More than 3000 Muslim children, men and women were mass murdered under his supervision). That fear of the day, when history will be re-written in truth, a monument in Ahmedabad will be a visiting site, like the Yad Museum, to condemn the Butcher of Gujarat. History is unpardoning. The laws of nature spare none.
Netanyahu, a war criminal wanted by ICJ, the Hague, who has relished with pride and arrogance, the genocidal killings of innocent humans in Gaza for the last three years or so, is in bed with Modi. India purchases (in spite of international sanctions) cheap oil from Iran and backstabs by expressing support for Israel.
The attack on Iran launched the other day is based on the premise, which is as flimsy as the war on Iraq—recall claims of them possessing weapons of mass destruction! Iraq had nothing. Tony Blair lives in deep regret for joining the war, then. Israeli excuse is that Iran could be a future threat for its existence and hence they must not only defang them but also bring in a regime change.
Reza Pehalvi, the son of Shah, who is waiting in the wings expects a repeat of the events of 1953, when after eliminating Mossadeq, his father was installed to start years of tyranny that was inflicted upon the people of Iran. This is international lawlessness. The world is keeping quiet.
The world is watching in horror the unprovoked attack on Iran by Israel, which ostensibly was authorized by the powers that be. It has the potential to conflagrate the entire Middle East and the region. Iran unwisely decided to go after the Western Power military bases in friendly Muslim countries; whether these countries were pre-advised or not is a telling question mark.
If Europe and The UN are working through diplomatic channels, it will not result in bringing back to life the 56 young innocent girls who were martyred in their school, by the Israeli bombs on the 9th Ramazan by the rogue Israeli government. Action for de-escalation is required. Israel must be stopped. It has already razed Gaza to ground level, zero; beneath its ruins lie the unaccounted lives. The martyrdom of the innocent people will be met through divine retribution. No, this is not a case of lamentation or casting of curses upon the opponent, it is a matter of faith and belief.
Nehru had a soft corner for the Palestinian cause. India recognised Israel in 1950; however, the ties were always lukewarm. It is reported that during the Sino- Indian crisis of 1962, Nehru sought military assistance from Israel; however, there is no concrete diplomatic or otherwise evidence, too. In view of this scribe this is a concocted and imaginary tale cooked up by the ugly mind of Modi to hoodwink ordinary Indians. The diplomatic exchanges between the India and Israel happened only in 1992.
Nehru’s press statement issued on 13th June, 1936 on the issue of Palestine and Jews is a dispassionate assessment of history. He opposes Zionism, while supporting the case of the Jews. In conjunction must be read to better understand how Modi has twisted India’s relationships and what the historical position of Pakistan-India was towards the Palestine issue, and therefore towards the creation of Israel, are firstly, Dr Sir Muhammad Iqbal’s written response to the Peel Commission’s recommendations in July, 1937 and the speech of Mr Jinnah, our Quaid, made in the same year to the All India Muslim League.
The late Sushma Sawaraj, a vociferous opponent of Pakistan, who was a trusted ally of Modi, paid a visit to Israel as India’s foreign minister in 2016 and that paved the way to Modi’s first visit to Israel in 2017. Since then the two addlebrain have kicked off as friends. They supplement each other’s devilish pursuits.
Since 2012 India has climbed to be the largest buyer of defence equipment/arms of Israel; it has also now the distinction of being the second largest trading partner of Israel in the Asian continent. Both are committed to collaboration in several fields and areas.
In the last 12-15 years of Modi’s government the relationship with Israel has grown from distant to trusted partners. Until 2017, no prime minister of India had ever visited Israel, this was also done to ensure that the Muslim countries of the Middle East do not get offended. However, the watershed event in the dramatic rise in ties between the two evil countries was the 2017 official trip of Modi.
The devil incarnate Modi trumpeted the humanitarian aid sent to Gaza and its support for a two state solution remains intact on paper; while doing this, India and Modi were consistently supplying explosives, arms, rockets, gunpowder, etc., to Israel hen it was mercilessly bombarding the poor Gazans. The two-faced blood sucker, thus far, continues to hoodwink our friends in the Middle East.
Afghanistan, a brotherly Muslim country opposed our entry to the United Nations; since then almost nothing has changed. They have remained adversarial. Our favour for hosting them in numbers exceeding four million or so has been repaid with ‘ingratitude ‘. They continue to foment trouble for us by joining hands with India and Israel. The nexus now taking a serious shape between Kabul, New Delhi and Tel Aviv is a formidable challenge to the stability, peace and security in the region. Together these three countries promote state terrorism; they support it and possibly finance it too.
Shame is a virtue. Neither of them possesses it. Since they are devoid and expunged of the sense of shame, they remain soulless, with no conscience. Hence, they do not fear God. The devil is their best mate because they are viewed as being void of wisdom, knowledge, fear of God, and the fear of retribution. Cruelty is the first attribute of the devil, hence deserves no mercy.
Tolerance is a great virtue. Islam encourages tolerance. However, it doesn’t behoove well for a Muslim minister of a Gulf country to go overboard and hug the marble cow (a symbol of Hindu deity, in a temple). All rights must be ensured for the minorities, undoubtedly, but that doesn’t mean that their practice also must be adopted. This is misplaced understanding of tolerance.
It is not merely an issue of deep pain but also of astounding surprise on how the Muslim states of the Middle East cannot see through the smoke-screen set up by Modi. He is anti-Muslim. He is anti-Islam. He has indulged in hate speech. Muslims in India have never been so unsafe as they are today despite being 200 million plus population. Muslim vote was of significance but now due to revisions in delimitation of constituencies, it appears to have lost relevance and importance. Muslims have been undone by Modi.
It is a pity that Gulf states continue to value relationship with India; often in preference and sometimes to the exclusions of other brethren countries. They continue to invest heavily in several projects. India is a beneficiary to billions of dollars of investments from Saudi Arabia and other Gulf countries. Add to this, the remittances sent by the very large Indian diaspora based in the ME. On the other side, we continue to beg them for making and rolling over deposits. Pitiable.
It is time they woke to the realities or do they wish to wait to be back-stabbed, just as Iran is facing.
Instead of just twiddling the thumbs or cracking the knuckles, it is best for the leadership of the Muslim countries to unify their efforts in the de-escalation of the frenzy of war, initiated and sparked by Israel. Modi’s visit two weeks back was obviously meant for developing this two-pronged strategy of attacking Iran and to provoke Afghanistan to attack Pakistan.
Iran today must learn that who are her friends and who are not. Dollars and cents do not make for friendship; they merely help develop a transactional relationship. The Middle East, too, must make a quick recognition of which way to head, seeking crutches from others for security can only make them more vulnerable to further instability.
Any thought of adventurism by this nexus-axis of evil against Pakistan will be met with swift and powerful response. Alhamdulillah our armed forces have the grit and ability to retaliate with twice the force, as proven, last year in the limited engagement.
We, however, continue to walk on tight rope. We have excellent relationships with Saudi Arabia, Iran and other Gulf countries. The wisest step they could take is to invite People’s Republic of China being an economic giant in the region to enter the foray and help disengage through talks and diplomatic efforts. War helps no cause. There is never a winner; only losers.
Peace must prevail. Pakistan can provide that leadership to the Middle East.
