LAHORE: A high-level consultative meeting on the revival of Pakistan’s cotton crop through the implementation of a Cluster Farming Model was held on Wednesday at Aptma House Lahore.

The meeting was chaired by Chairman Aptma, Kamran Arshad, and attended by prominent stakeholders from across the cotton value chain, including FPCCI Cotton Committee Member Asif Majeed, renowned Cotton Breeder Dr Muhammad Iqbal Brandisha, Vice Chancellor MNS University of Agriculture Multan Prof Rao Asif Ali Khan, President Pakistan Kisan Etihad Khalid Khokhar, PCGA representative Salman Maqsood, Secretary General Aptma Raza Baqir, and Dr Muhammad Javed, Cotton Advisor Aptma, along with other cotton experts.

During the meeting, Asif Majeed presented a comprehensive briefing on the Cluster Farming initiative.
