KARACHI: K-Electric Limited has appointed Adeeb Ah-mad as interim Chief Exe-cutive Officer (CEO) with immediate effect, the company said in a disclosure submitted under Sections 96 and 131 of the Securities Act, 2015.
The announcement follows the resignation of Syed Moonis Abdullah Alvi, earlier disclosed on February 6, 2026.
According to the company, the Board of Directors in a meeting held on Friday approved the appointment of Adeeb Ahmad as interim CEO in place of Alvi.
The Board has also commenced an accelerated search for a permanent Chief Executive Officer.
