KARACHI: Pakistan State Oil (PSO) has launched a nationwide donation campaign for the holy month of Ramadan in collaboration with its retail partners and leading charitable organizations, aiming to facilitate public participation in Zakat and charitable giving through its fuel outlets.
The initiative was formally inaugurated at a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signing ceremony held at PSO House, which was chaired by Rizwan Ahmed, Chairman of the PSO CSR Trust. Senior representatives from five well-established non-governmental organizations — LRBT, Patients’ Aid Foundation, Indus Hospital & Health Network, HANDS, and The Citizens Foundation — were also present at the ceremony.
As part of the campaign, more than 130 flagship PSO fuel stations across major cities, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Multan, Sukkur, Rawalpindi, and Peshawar, have been designated as donation points. These outlets will serve not only as fuel supply stations but also as accessible platforms for humanitarian engagement during Ramazan.
