The 31st Pakistan HVACR International Expo & Conference, scheduled for 12–14 February 2026 at the Karachi Expo Centre, marks an important milestone in the evolution of Pakistan’s HVACR and MEP industries.

As Chairman of the Organizing Committee, I am pleased to share that this year’s event has been carefully designed to address pressing market realities, including aging building infrastructure, rising energy demands, and growing sustainability requirements. The theme, “HVAC & MEP Retrofit,” underscores the industry’s shift toward upgrading existing buildings through efficient, cost-effective, and performance-driven solutions.

The Expo will showcase advanced technologies, equipment, and services, while the Conference will offer practical insights from industry experts on retrofitting, system optimization, and smart building integration.
