Bangladesh cricket board chief arrives in Lahore for key ICC meeting

Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) President Aminul Islam has arrived in Lahore to attend an emergency meeting involving the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and the International Cricket Council (ICC), Aaj News reported on Sunday.
According to the report, Aminul Islam is also expected to hold separate meetings with senior PCB officials during his brief stay in the city.
Discussions are likely to focus on the prevailing situation related to the T20 World Cup, along with broader cricket-related matters.
Sources said that talks will also cover bilateral cricket ties, future series between Pakistan and Bangladesh, and ways to enhance cooperation between the two cricket boards.

The BCB chief is scheduled to attend multiple meetings in Lahore.
He will also participate in the ICC meeting online alongside PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi, the sources added.
Islam is expected to depart for Dhaka later this evening.
