LAHORE: Chief Executive Officer of Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO), Engr. Ramzan Butt, visited various key locations across the city to review safety arrangements for power installations and ensure public safety during Basant.
The LESCO chief also visited the PDC Central Control Room at the headquarters and the Data Darbar Control Room, where he inspected measures for uninterrupted power supply, emergency response mechanisms, and real-time monitoring of field teams during the festival.
Later, he toured the Third Circle, First Circle, Sherawala Grid Station, Fort Grid Station, and the McLeod Road area, where he reviewed power installations and other safety measures.
He directed officers to keep field teams on high alert round the clock to prevent any untoward incidents during Basant.
