JAKARTA: Malaysian palm oil futures barely changed on Thursday, as softer ringgit currency countered pressure from Dalian vegetable oils and Chicago soyoil weakness.
The benchmark palm oil contract for April delivery on the Bursa Malaysia Derivatives Exchange gained 1 ringgit, or 0.02%, at 4,226 ringgit ($1,072.04) a metric ton, as of 0238 GMT.
The contract traded in a range of 4,196 ringgit to 4,233 ringgit.
