Centre to launch economic zone, two Daanish schools in Sindh
KARACHI: The Federal government has decided to launch major projects for educational and economic uplift in Sindh - one economic zone in Malir district of Karachi, and two Daanish schools with one each in Tando Muhammad Khan and Gadap Malir.
Spokesperson for the Government of Pakistan for Sindh, Raja Khaliq-uz-Zaman Ansari, in his statement on Sunday, described these projects as a gift from Prime Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif to the people of Sindh, especially the business community of Karachi.He said that these Danish schools would be equipped with modern educational facilities to provide quality education, especially to children from backward and less resourced areas.
The Malir economic zone will promote industrial activities, create new employment opportunities and help stabilize the local economy.
He said that the federal government, under the leadership of Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif, was taking practical steps for the development of Sindh, which guarantees a bright future for the youth and economic self-sufficiency of the province and the country as well.
Raja Ansari clarified that the federation stood with the people of Sindh and all areas were being included in the development projects without any discrimination so that the people could get relief and prosperity in the true sense.
