KARACHI: Asian Development Bank on its cards has development projects of two billion dollars for Sindh. This was informed by ADB team in a meeting with Sindh Minister for Planning and Development, Jam Khan Shoro, here on Tuesday.

Led by the Country Director Emma Fan, the ADB delegation discussed the development projects, investment opportunities and public welfare projects in the province.

Chairman Planning and Development Sindh Syed Najam Ahmed Shah, Deputy Country Director of the Asian Development Bank Asad Aleem and Senior Advisor, Sultan Ahmed, were also present.

The projects, to be financed by ADB, include the Sindh Secondary Education Development Project, the Sindh Nursing Workforce Strengthening Project, sustainable transport sector projects, initiatives to promote skills in Sindh, as well as projects related to housing and coastal protection.
