KARACHI: Faisal Moiz Khan, the President of North Karachi Association of Trade and Industry (NKATI), had said that with the establishment of a monitoring committee for the transparent use of funds, trust between the government and industrial stakeholders will be further strengthened.
He described the approval of Rs9.28 billion for all the industrial areas of the city by the Sindh government as a revolutionary and positive step. He stated that for economic stability, export growth is essential, and infrastructure development should be the top priority for this growth.
The funds provided by Chief Minister of Sindh, Syed Murad Ali Shah, for the restoration of industrial infrastructure, road repairs, and maintenance will not only restore the confidence of the business community but also increase investment.

He said that this announcement by the Chief Minister of Sindh will eliminate these problems and boost industrial growth. With improved infrastructure, foreign investors and buyers, who had previously stopped coming to the industrial areas, will return.
He expressed his gratitude to Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah, Provincial Minister for Industries Jam Ikramullah Dharejo, Minister for Local Government Syed Nasir Hussain Shah, and Karachi Mayor Murtaza Wahab for their special attention to resolving the issues of industrial areas, adding that with their continued support, sustainable change will now take place in the industrial infrastructure.
Faisal Moiz Khan also praised Mayor Murtaza Wahab for his efforts in starting the TP-1 and TP-3 projects, calling them an important step for the city, which will help address the water shortage issue.
