Margalla Enclave Project: Naqvi directs authorities to expedite work
ISLAMABAD: Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi on Saturday directed the authorities concerned to expedite development work on the Margalla Enclave Project.
The directives were issued during the minister’s visit to the project site, where he conducted a detailed review of the ongoing development activities.
Mohsin Naqvi stated that all available resources were being utilized to ensure the project’s early completion. “Possession will be handed over in February,” the interior minister said, adding that the project would provide citizens with modern, high-quality facilities in a scenic location.
During the briefing, officials informed the minister that development work had been delayed due to recent rainfall; however, the shortfall was being addressed by increasing the workforce to compensate for the delay.
Chairman of the Capital Development Authority (CDA), Muhammad Ali Randhawa and the project director briefed the minister on the progress of the development work. Deputy Commissioner Islamabad, Additional Deputy Commissioner (General), members of the CDA, and other relevant officials were also present on the occasion.
