KARACHI: Chairman, Pakistan Peoples Party, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, in his message on the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian people, said that it has become imperative for the international community to take decisive action to implement the two-state solution and transform the recent ceasefire in Gaza into a durable and just peace.

According to the press release issued by the Media Cell Bilawal House, Chairman PPP said that the suffering of Palestine remains a deep wound on the collective conscience of humanity.

He said that every innocent life lost and every home reduced to rubble under occupation is a call for the world to act with moral courage, justice, and compassion. Reaffirming Pakistan’s unwavering and historic support for the Palestinian cause, Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari said that the PPP has always stood firmly with the Palestinian people, guided by the courageous legacy of Quaid-e-Awam Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto and Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto.

He reiterated that the Party will continue to stand by the Palestinians until their long-denied dream of freedom is realised, asserting their inalienable right to self-determination and an independent state with Al-Quds Al-Sharif as its capital. Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari urged the international community to uphold international law and take meaningful steps to end the ongoing injustices. “Solidarity must be more than a sentiment — it must translate into justice and lasting peace,” he concluded.
