Cross-border crime poses threat to global peace: Governor Sindh

KARACHI: In his message on World Day of Prevention of Organized Crime, Governor Sindh Kamran Khan Tessori said the organized and cross-border crime poses a serious threat to global peace, economy and human life.
He acknowledged that the law enforcement agencies are showing commendable performance in eliminating organized crime.
He said that the time demands strict action against drugs, smuggling, cyber crime and human trafficking. Complete eradication of criminal networks is possible by increasing global cooperation. A tolerance policy against terrorism and cross-border crimes is being pursued.
