KARACHI: Gold prices remained stable in both local and international markets on Friday, according to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association.
The price of gold stood firm at Rs 423,062 per tola and Rs 362,707 per 10 grams in the domestic market. Following suit, silver prices also stood firm at Rs5112 per tola and Rs4382 per 10 grams, the association added.
In the international market, the yellow metal held steady at $4,007 per ounce with silver trading at unchanged $48.50 per ounce.
It is worth noting that the open market may trade gold and silver at different prices as compared to those fixed by the association officially.
