Thatta Cement acquires substantial stake in Pakistan Services Limited

KARACHI: Thatta Cement Company Limited (TCCL) formally announced a major corporate development, successfully acquiring a substantial stake in Pakistan Services Limited (PSL). The acquisition has resulted in TCCL holding a significant 28 percent shareholding in PSL.

The disclosure of this development was formally made on October 14, 2025, through regulatory filings. This block trade was executed at a price of Rs 710 per share. As a result of this acquisition, TCCL’s total shareholding in PSL now stands at the aforementioned 9,107,800 voting shares.
