Philippines annual inflation at 2.9% in December

MANILA: Philippine annual inflation was 2.9% in December, the statistics agency said on Tuesday, compared to a 2.5% print the previous month.

Philippines central bank sees December inflation at 2.3% to 3.1%

Economists in a Reuters poll had expected annual inflation of 2.6% in December, within the central bank’s forecast range of 2.3% to 3.1%.
