ISLAMABAD: Chairperson of the National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC) Gulmina Bilal visited the BISP headquarters, a press release said on Wednesday. She met Chairperson BISP Rubina Khalid.
The meeting focused on strengthening collaboration to provide skill training and quality certifications to BISP-registered families, the press release added.
