Peshawar airport shutdown for three days

PESHAWAR: The Bacha Khan International Airport in Peshawar was shut down for flights until October 22. The airport administration said on Saturday that the airport will remain closed for three days due to the repair/construction of the runway.

The administration said most of the flights were cancelled while flights of some airlines were deferred to the Islamabad International Airport.

The airport will be operational for flights from October 23.
