PHDL declares Rs725 dividend after Regent Plaza sale

KARACHI: Pakistan Hotels Developers Limited (PHDL) has announced an interim cash dividend for the year ending June 30, 2025 at Rs 725 per share i.e. 7250 percent.

The dividend amount is paid from the sale proceed received from buyer of Regent Plaza Hotel.
