BANGKOK: Cambodia’s Prime Minister Hun Manet on Wednesday expressed gratitude to his Thai counterpart for not allowing Thailand to be used as a base for people to “interfere” with his country’s affairs.

Thai inflation lowest in nearly three years

The remarks came days after Thailand arrested three Cambodian human rights campaigners, prompting condemnation from activists, who have repeatedly accused Cambodia of persecuting political opponents.
