LAHORE: Tragedy struck Lahore’s peaceful Sunday morning as a speeding car plunged into the Lahore Canal, claiming the life of a young man and injuring another.

Rescue 1122 spokesperson confirmed the incident, which occurred around 1:00 AM near the Uturn, close to Thokar Niaz Baig.
