The President of Azad Jammu and Kashmir has approved the appointment of Lieutenant General Hidayat ur Rehman (retd) as chairman of the Azad Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission (AJKPSC).

The notification, dated January 13, also announced the other three members of the commission. They will hold the office for three years and be entitled to draw pay and allowances as prescribed.
