KARACHI: Gold prices on Friday stood nearly unchanged on the local market, traders said. The prices just inched down by Rs50 to Rs211300 per tola and Rs42 to Rs181156 per 10 grams.

Silver was available for Rs2550 per tola and Rs2186.21 per 10 grams. The global value of silver was quoted for $22.90 per ounce.

On the world market, gold prices stood for $1987 per ounce with $20 premium for the local market bullion trade, traders said.
