BEIJING: China sold 10,002.84 metric tons of cotton at a state reserves auction on Thursday at an average price of 17,646 yuan ($2,447.71) per ton, a state reserves announcement said on Thursday. China has sold 10 batches of reserve cotton since late July, with all auctions 100% sold.
