KARACHI: On Friday at PMEX the traded value of Metals, Energy, COTS/FX and indices was recorded at PKR 11.922 billion and the number of lots traded at 10,820.

Major business was contributed by Gold amounting to PKR 2.958 billion, followed by NSDQ 100 (PKR 2.531 billion), Currencies through COTS (PKR2.135 billion), Natural Gas (PKR 1.108 billion),DJ (PKR 809.549 million), Crude Oil (PKR 744.759 million), Platinum (PKR 689.575 million), Silver (PKR 583.905 million), SP 500 (PKR 327.155 million), Copper (PKR 27.364 million) and Brent (PKR 6.704 million).

In Agricultural commodities, 2 lots of Cotton amounting to PKR 1.924 million were traded.
