KARACHI: On Tuesday at PMEX the traded value of Metals, Energy, COTS/FX and indices was recorded at PKR 13.202 billion and the number of lots traded at 12,689. Major business was contributed by Gold amounting to PKR 2.863 billion, followed by Currencies through COTS (PKR 2.560 billion), Crude Oil (PKR 2.104 billion), NSDQ 100 (PKR 1.595 billion), Silver (PKR 1.280 billion), DJ (PKR 1.278 billion), Natural Gas (PKR 575.076 million), Platinum (PKR 392.766 million), SP 500 (PKR 327.490 million), Palladium (PKR 91.367 million), Brent (PKR 60.659 million), Copper (PKR 47.197 million) and Japan Equity (PKR 24.706 million).

In Agricultural commodities, 10 lots of Cotton amounting to PKR 12.576 million were traded.
