KARACHI: On Tuesday at PMEX the traded value of Metals, Energy, COTS/FX and indices was recorded at PKR 10.742 billion and the number of lots traded at 11,239.

Major business was contributed by Gold amounting to PKR 3.591 billion, followed by Currencies through COTS (PKR 2.192 billion), Crude Oil (PKR 1.651 billion), NSDQ 100 (PKR 1.202 billion), Silver (PKR 661.647 million), DJ (PKR 479.542 million), SP 500 (PKR 267.907 million), Palladium (PKR 190.211 million), Japan Equity (PKR 149.087 million), Platinum (PKR 168.021 million), Natural Gas (PKR 130.997 million), Copper (PKR 36.153 million) and Brent (PKR 20.478 million). In Agricultural Commodities, 11 lots of Cotton amounting to PKR 10.587 million were traded.
