KARACHI: On Tuesday at PMEX the traded value of Metals, Energy, COTS/FX and indices was recorded at PKR 17.084 billion and the number of lots traded at 16,254.

Major business was contributed by Gold amounting to PKR 7.716 billion, followed by Crude Oil (PKR 3.459 billion), NSDQ 100 (PKR 2.265 billion), Currencies through COTS (PKR 1.483 billion), Silver (PKR 1.173 billion), Platinum (PKR 485.193 million), SP 500 (PKR 259.591 million), Copper (PKR 57.730 million), DJ (PKR 57.207 million), Natural Gas (PKR 49.243 million) and Palladium (PKR 38.716 million), Japan Equity (PKR 27.542 million), Brent (PKR 11.273 million). In Agricultural Commodities, 3 lots of Cotton amounting to PKR 2.939 million were traded.
