KARACHI: The shareholders of Summit Bank Limited approved the inclusion of Salman Iqbal in the consortium of Nasser Abdulla Hussain Lootah to subscribe to shares of the bank at a subscription price of Rs 2.51 per share to become up to a maximum of 25 percent shareholder in the bank immediately upon completion of the process of subscription of shares.

This was announced by the Summit Bank in material information sent to Pakistan Stock Exchange Thursday.
