ISLAMABAD: Pakis-tan Charge d’ Affaires Ismat Hassan Sial, on behalf of the President of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, has conferred “Sitara-i-Pakistan” upon Professor Takamitsu Matsumura for his outstanding services to the Urdu language in Japan.
