Gold prices rise slightly

KARACHI: Gold prices on Thursday registered a slight increase on the local market, traders said. Gold was available for Rs133500 per tola, up by Rs350 and Rs114455 per 10 grams, up by Rs300. On the world market, gold prices were quoted for $1945 per ounce.

Silver prices remained unchanged for Rs1520 per tola and Rs130315 per 10 grams, traders said.
