Gold price increases

KARACHI: Gold price on Wednesday soared by Rs 750 per tola on the local market, traders said.

This fresh increase of Rs 750 in the yellow metal price made it costlier to Rs 111750 per tola.

Price of gold per 10 grams also grew by Rs 643 to Rs 95808 on the domestic market.

Gold was quoted trading for $1864 per ounce, up by $20 on the world market.

Silver was available for Rs 1250 per tola, up by Rs 50, Rs 1071.67 per 10 grams, up by Rs 42.87 and $25.20 per ounce, traders said.
