Pakistan, Bosnia have always been friendly countries with no open issues, says Dzaferovic

Chairman of the Presidency of Bosnia & Herzegovina Sefik Dzaferovic has said that both Pakistan and Bosnia have enjoyed friendly terms and said both have plenty of opportunities to expand the cooperation between them.

Addressing the media, the chairman extended an invitation to the PM and said he hopes the PM will visit Bosnia soon. He said Pakistan and Bosnia have always been two friendly countries and there are no open issues between them. He said both have plenty of opportunities to expand the cooperation between them.

He continued that today both have signed two very important agreements on readmission and science technological cooperation. He said they have also discussed an increase in trade exchange which 'at stands at 4.5 million euros and can be much improved'.

While speaking about Kashmir, Dzaferovic said that human rights violations must be respected in the occupied valley and there should be a peaceful resolution of the Kashmir dispute in the light of UN Security Council (UNSC) resolutions.

He also lauded Pakistan's successful endeavors of combating coronavirus and said that Bosnia too has mostly fought the first surge of the COVID-19 pandemic.
