KARACHI: Gold on Thursday witnessed a big fall in its value by Rs1650 per tola on the local market, traders said. The fall brought down the precious metal per tola to Rs111600 during the day.
Gold per 10 grams also showed a decline of Rs1414 to Rs95680 on the domestic market. On the other hand, the yellow metal per ounce was quoted for $1872, down by $22 on the world market. Silver was selling for Rs1170 per tola, down by Rs30; Rs1003.08 per 10 grams, down by Rs25.72 and $26.60 per ounce, traders said.
