KARACHI: Gold on Wednesday slumped by Rs1250 to Rs113250 per tola on the local market, traders said.

Price of the precious metal per 10 grams also dipped by Rs1071 to Rs97094, domestically. Gold was quoted trading for $1894 per ounce, down by $9 on the world market.

Silver was selling for Rs1200 per tola, down by Rs30; Rs1063.10 per 10 grams, down by Rs25.72 and $24.04 per ounce, traders said.
