KARACHI: On Thursday, PMEX traded value of metals, energy, COTS/FX and indices was recorded at PKR 8.964 billion and the number of lots traded 10,483.
Major business was contributed by gold amounting to PKR 3.053 billion, followed by currencies through COTS PKR 1.560 billion, DJ PKR 1.349 billion, copper PKR 1.170 billion, silver PKR 630.642 million, NSDQ 100 PKR 517.593 million, crude oil PKR 276.296 million, platinum PKR 240.510 million, natural gas PKR 137.780 million and SP500 PKR 28.359 million.
In agriculture commodities, 4 lots of wheat amounting to PKR 19.066 million and 2 lot of cotton amounting to PKR 10.900 million were traded.
