15-year-old boy martyred, four injured as Indian troops resort to unprovoked firing at LoC

(Karachi) A 15-year-old boy embraced martyrdom after the Indian Army troops resorted to unprovoked fire at the Line of Control, according to Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) stated on Tuesday.

The ISPR stated that Indian Army soldiers resorted to shelling and firing in Baroh and Tandar Sectors. Pakistan Army responded in a befitting manner and damaged Indian posts. In intense exchange of fire, Sepoy Shafque fighting valiantly embraced martyrdom.

During exchange of fire,15 years old boy embraced martyrdom while four civilians were injured.

Indian forces have continuously been targeting civilian populated areas with artillery fire, heavy-caliber mortars and automatic weapons along the LoC and Working Boundary.

The Foreign Office summoned senior Indian diplomat several times to register protest over continuous ceasefire violations by India along the Line of Control but India continues to target civilian population.

The FO had condemned the deplorable targeting of innocent civilians by the Indian occupation forces and stated that ceasefire violations are against all established humanitarian norms and professional military conduct.
