The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said on Saturday that four terrorists were killed in an intelligence-based operation (IBO) conducted by security forces in the central Makran range of Awaran district in Balochistan.

In a press release today, the ISPR said that the four terrorists were killed in exchange of fire, while the hideout, including logistic base has also been destroyed.

The ISPR further said that a large cache of arms, ammunition and communication equipment were also recovered from the base. "Multiple hideouts and administrative camps of terrorists have been destroyed," the military’s media wing said.

On September 13, terrorist commander Ihsan Ullah alias Ihsan Sanray along with three others were killed during an IBO near the inter district boundary of North and South Waziristan.

"He was involved in planning and execution of terrorist attacks in Shaktu area which led to martyrdom of several soldiers and officers including Lt Nasir (Shaheed), and Capt Sabih (Shaheed)," the ISPR said.
