The Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) has rejected the new rules set up by the Afghan Taliban for groups living and functioning from Afghanistan.

On Sunday, the Afghan Taliban delegation met with TTP leadership and briefed them on the new terms. However, the TTP rejected the terms outright, former spokesman of TTP Ehsanullah Ehsan said on Twitter.

He added that consultations are underway with TTP leadership for the next course of action.

The Afghan Taliban have set up 27 rules for groups living in Afghanistan. These include conditions for not using Afghan territory against any other country. Registering its members with full identification with Taliban and full implementation of the Taliban's manifesto, Ehsan said sharing the rules.
