Pakistan have bowled England out for 219 and gained 107 runs lead in the first innings on Friday in Manchester.

Yasir Shah was the star of the day claiming three wickets, over all four in the innings, to wrap England innings after lunch on day-three.

For the home side, who were struggling on day two after losing four quick wicket at the end of the day-two, Ollie Pope and Jos Buttler made the crucial stand of 63.

Pope’s resistance came to an end thanks to Naseem Shah’s quick rising delivery. He scored 62. Buttler was cleaned up by classical delivery by Yasir just after lunch. He departed after scoring 38.

Stuart Broad made a vital contribution of 29 and remained unbeaten for the hosts.

Shadab Khan, who only bowled 3.3 overs, claimed two wickets for the visitors. Naseem Shah and Shaheen Afridi bagged a wicket each for Pakistan.
