PMEX daily trading report

KARACHI: On Tuesday at Pakistan Mercantile Exchange Limited, PMEX Commodity Index closed at 4,632.

The traded value of metals, energy and COTS/FX was recorded at PKR 17.564 billion and the number of lots traded was 20,519.

Major business was contributed by gold amounting to PKR 10.155 billion, followed by currencies through COTS PKR 2.440 billion, silver PKR 2.023 billion, NSDQ 100 PKR 1.797 billion, platinum PKR 464.685 million, crude oil PKR 292.372 million, DJ PKR 220.636 million, copper PKR 73.906 million, SP500 PKR 50.366 million and natural gas PKR 45.549 million.

In agriculture commodities, 3 lots of wheat amounting to PKR 13.110 million were traded.
